DESCRIPTION

 

Our H6 Version 1.1. The HERA H6 repeating rifle is the result of several years of development to adapt a side-loading system to our H7 base. The result is one of the most modern and easy-to-handle hunting and sporting rifles of today in caliber .223 REM or 300 BLK. Thanks to the modular M-Lok forend, it is perfect for the hide or for mounting a bipod/target tripod and is also compatible with all forends of the AR15 series manufactured by HERA GmbH, which ensures high modularity and compatibility. This means, among other things, that handguns with genuine leather wrapping can be used, which further increases the grip.

 

The H6 has a folding stock adapter as standard for compact and space-saving transport. The Hera H6 also has a polymer cheek rest and a 10-round magazine from our own production. To further increase functionality, a folding stock adapter can be purchased as an accessory to fold down the buttstock by 180 degrees. The H6 is also perfect for mounting the HERA LINK system to accommodate silencers from various manufacturers.

 

The H6 system also has a Picatinny rail mounted on the system housing and an A2 compensator. The H6 is available in black, sand and olive green.

PRODUCTION

 

With the exception of the trigger, all components are manufactured in Germany at the HERA location in Lower Franconia/Bavaria. Here we can achieve short production times, continuous quality management in-house and cross-departmental cooperation. As with our other products, we rely on uncompromising quality made in Germany.

SYSTEM

 ​

The H6 system has a steel system housing, a one-piece receiver and a laser-welded bolt handle. Our closure has a force-controlled T-extractor which enables both safe extraction and maximum contact surfaces for the locking lugs. The security concept of a mini system was implemented without compromise in all areas. Despite the steel construction, the additional weight was limited to approx. 200 grams. In addition, the final version of the H6 has a screwed barrel, which ensures both an extremely rigid connection and enables repeatable adjustment of the breech distances. In conjunction with the positively and non-positively mounted Picatinny rail, this results in a maximum level of rigidity which is reflected in the high level of precision that corresponds to the weapon.

TRIGGER

 ​

We are pleased to be able to win over the company RECKNAGEL, one of the most renowned companies in the weapons industry on the German market, to produce one of the core components for our trigger. The RECKNAGEL company can look back on many years of experience in the development and production of high-precision triggers for various systems. The optimized H6 trigger has a safety that can be operated with the trigger finger and is probably one of the best standard triggers that can be installed, both technically and qualitatively. All extractors for our H6 system are manufactured by RECKNAGEL at their Bergrheinfeld location.
